- offer form — name, company, email, phone, description of the equipment or plant, location, year, price, specifications, photos;

Why we process it
To answer your request, assess a listing, discuss a purchase or sale, and moderate publication in the catalog.
We do not send marketing newsletters. If that changes, we will ask for separate consent.
What goes on the site
A seller’s contact details are not published in the catalog. Description, photos, location and price appear only after review by the inDustrio Complete team.
By submitting a form you confirm the details are accurate and agree that we may process them to respond to that request.
Who we share with
Data is seen by the inDustrio Complete team. We use email delivery services for messages, and the site’s hosting and storage for submissions and photos.
We do not sell or share data with third parties for advertising. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Language is not written to cookies or stored locally in the browser: it is in the page URL (/de, /ro…), without tracking.

How long we keep data
Enquiries are kept while we correspond and for a reasonable time afterwards. A published listing stays while it is in the catalog, or until you ask us to take it down. Write to industriocomplete@gmail.com to request deletion, unless we have a legal reason to keep it longer.
