What these terms cover
They govern use of the inDustrio Complete website. Buying or selling equipment, a line or a plant is concluded by a separate contract, invoice or written confirmation — not by a button on the site.
Catalog and prices
Descriptions, photos, specifications and prices in the catalog are a guide, not a public offer. Availability, completeness, condition and value are confirmed by a manager.
A price marked “on request” is agreed individually.
When a deal is formed
A form submission or a phone call is an invitation to negotiate. Obligations arise when the parties agree the essential terms in writing.
Condition of equipment
New, stock and used equipment is sold after inspection or on agreed photos and documents. Unless the contract says otherwise, machinery is handed over as-is.
Hidden defects, downtime, third-party penalties and lost profit are not automatically compensated by the website.
Services around a deal
Buying, sourcing, dismantling, transport preparation, delivery and customs are not included simply because a listing is published. Each service is agreed separately.
Your offers
By sending a listing you confirm you have the right to dispose of it, and that photos and description may be shown to the team and, after review, on the site.
An offer does not go live immediately. We may decline it, shorten the copy, replace a photo or take the card down.
Site content
Texts, structure, logo and catalog selection belong to inDustrio Complete, except for materials you submitted. Copying the catalog or presenting it as your own is not allowed.
Liability
The site may contain inaccuracies or outdated data. We are not liable for network outages, customs or carrier decisions, third-party acts, or the outcome of a deal unless that is expressly taken on in a contract.
Law and disputes
Ukrainian law applies. First, correspondence. If there is no agreement, the dispute is heard at the operator’s seat in Bila Tserkva, unless mandatory rules of another country require otherwise.
